I went there today and they are fantastic. I have gone to many dentists in my life and if for any reason I don't feel comfortable I won't come back. This is not the case here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They answered any questions and had no problem showing me my x-ray. I usually don't write reviews but they definitely deserve it. I can't wait to go back. My own experience here was great. I can't speak for others but I would highly recommend them.

I'll give a 4 because of the hygienist staff and Dr. Pizer but with the retirement of one of their long time office workers i've had trouble getting appointments properly scheduled as of recent (i've shown up at scheduled times to be told i didn't have an appointment or asked if i've ever been a patient there even though i've been going there for 4 years.) I'm going to stick it out for the time being operating on the assumption that once a more permanent replacement is in operation that this issue will rectify itself. Other than that if you go here and have insurance i would recommend waiting until after you personally receive your insurance statement to go in and pay you're responsible ammt. I tend to always receive a large initial bill in the mail and one to two weeks later receive a correct bill that's been revised with the insurance ammts. They've however never given me any issues about when i come in to pay so i dont see this as particularly harmful. Overall the staff seems perfectly acceptable for the area and every time i get in for work it's done promptly and accurately, and i've had A LOT of work done so i've been there quite a few times. I would still recommend this location over others in the region that i've had fairly significant issues with in the past.

Am now changing dentists. Have been going here for over 10 years and never had a problem. Recently had my teeth cleaned by Debbie who is great. I had to go back for a filling with Dr. Pizer (only dentist I would see) in September. The day of the appointment the they called and had to reschedule my appointment because Dr. Pizer was going home sick. Rescheduled till beginning of October. Same thing happened, called me the day of the appointment and said the Dr. "spilt chemicals and was having trouble breathing". They rescheduled me for October 17th. I never received a confirmation call, so I called them and they said "we called and left you a voicemail on October 11th, to reschedule. The Dr. is not here at that time." After this being the third time they rescheduled on me, I got a little aggravated and stated that this was the third time I was cancelled on and I need to get this filling done before it gets worse! They said according to my availability (3:00pm on) they couldn't get me in until November 29th!! I said that is not going to work because I want this done so it doesn't get worse. The receptionist would not work with me. So after much thought, I called Philmont Denistry and now have an appointment with them. The service there has gone downhill quick!! There is still some staff and hygienist there that are great! But the rest of it is ridiculous!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here.  I have had to make 'emergency' appointments and never have been turned away.  I have dual insurance coverage so that maybe the only administrative issue that I have experienced with the front office staff.  Otherwise the staff members (front and hygienist) have  been very good.  My family has gone there for several years and have not had any issues.  It is true there is a shortage of dentist in the area that takes the different insurance plans offered with the health plans paying low fee schedules, but none of my family members were ever told to do a procedure just for the office to make an extra buck.

Have had nothing but great service each and every time I've gone there Dr. Solomon has truly helped me out so much with the issues I have with my teeth and I'm so grateful for him.. He's such a kind hearted caring and understanding man..  and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere but here.
