I will regret leaving this place. I will miss this place as i stayed here for almost 9 months. everything was changed after the new and recent manager took place. she manages the apartment complex so well and in a timely manner. she's easy to approach if you need reasonable requests.nnDont be bothered about the bad reviews by those people who can't follow rules and lease agreements. Better read the whole thing and understand before signing the lease. They are the problem and causing more problems to everyone.nnI would highly suggest Northwood Oaks Apartments to my friends and families, especially those new immigrants, if you want to have a good and peaceful neighbourhood.
Worst thing is the manager of 1452 building which is female she is too much rude.. she really don’t know that how to deal with others. How to answer she really need rest from her job .. she is biggest effect on other people who live in this building and they want to leave because of her.. every single person have self respect.. no body is living free .. so she has no right to insult any of them ..all over Apartment is good and they renovated .everything is good ..but because of her i never referred to any of them to come and live in northwood apartment
Used to live here and it was an awful experience. These apartments were over priced and the manager was rude. It seemed like she hated doing her job. There were some stupid/petty rules she tried enforcing. However, they were maintained well. Never really had any issues with the apartments themselves.
My experience at Northwood apartment was very good.people are very friendly and the staff is also very cooperative. Jill who is manager she is very nice and helpful.I would recommend people to experience this beautiful apartments.
Filthy apartment to live in, no proper ventilation, disposal bins are so dirty. We lived there with the old cabinets that was never replaced till we left the unit. Very bad place to live in.
