Ordered a part from northwest. Turned out to be the wrong part or not complete. Asked Tony for a return / refund and was denied. Within a week of ordering it well under warranty. No refund out $650. They do not honour refunds at all or returns. Beware of these crooks
On hold for ages; price I was quoted is 4 times more than brand new!! What a joke.
