We recently had the exterior of our new construction home painted by Northwest Paintsmith, and the results couldn't be better! Tim and Ryen are professional painters who are very conscientious about meeting their customers' needs, based on what my husband and I experienced. These guys worked diligently everyday to get the job done expeditiously, but did not cut corners to do so. We highly recommend these guys and believe you get high quality work for a very fair price. We certainly will be calling upon them again!

Northwest Paintsmith did an amazing job on our home exterior. The crew was efficient, friendly, careful and skillful. Their bid for the job was very fair and we would definitely hire them again.

Pulled a no-show. I met with Tim and signed a contract for them to stain the deck and paint some adjacent areas last summer 2017. He seemed knowledgeable, professional, and nice. They started the project with pressure-washing as scheduled, but then never returned to paint. They did not call and did not return my calls. It was too late to hire someone else before the weather changed. As other homeowners can imagine, this was a stress-fest and huge waste of my time and energy. Maybe they figured I was small potatoes so they could afford to treat me terribly -- contrast this experience with the review below from a builder. If you're a homeowner looking for a painter, are you small potatoes too?

Over the years, I have hired lots of contractors when building my homes, remodels and other type of contract work only to find out, there are a lot of contractors with attitude, no show or very late show ups, no call backs there is a new invention called a cell phone and not so accurate bids. I decided long time ago, when talking with contracts, if I feel they are not the type of person I want to work with, then I would just let them go. I hired NW Paintsmith to paint the hallway, entry way 22' feet up in the air and ceiling. These guys wrote accurate estimates so you could budget appropriately, prompt on-time which in important for a busy person like me, courteous and respectful; which is one of the most important quality I look for in a persons. They not only did an excellent job, no issue on touch up work and just a nice bunch of guys. So, would I hire these guys again? Sure would!

Ryen and Tim are amazing! They have been working on my house and get the job done fast! I would 100% recommend them to my own friends and family and will defiantly be using them for any work we may need in the future.
