Have been buying off this company for years. Bought a saracen door mechanism 3 piece, fitted it worked fine until door closed, got a little friction and it said no, worked hard to open it again, took it apart and reset everything, was OK until door was shut and friction put on it again. .center keep had locked , had to grind the lot. They didn't believe me when I rang and said I had to send it back. Made me pay again <bah humbug> Because I said no sending it back , my profits are only wages take note northwest hardware .

We've used Northeest Hardware Ltd 3 times in the last couple of year, twice to repair 30+year old tilt & turn window mechanisms and again yesterday to fix the back door which needed a new lock. The guys who come are very pleasant and work quickly & efficiently. The prices are very fair. I would recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.

Used Northwest Hardware for quite a few years. Alway top notch service and very reliable. However, my last order had parts missing from a set of hinges. An email and a phone call and I received the missing parts next day. We all make mistakes, it's natural. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Great shop helpful staff most every type of upvc door lock and handle.

I needed a multi point lock for a UPVC back door. I tried local providers but they were unable to tel me which of a range of options was the correct one. However, a local lock smith recommended Northwest Hardware, so I contacted them and they asked for photos, which i sent. They asked for some additional info including specific measurements and at the end of some To- ing and Fro-ing they referred me to a specific lock on their web site. I purchased this on their advice and it arrived today. It was the correct one, fitted fine and was a fraction of the price others were quoting. I am so impressed. Thanks Guys.

Took 2 euro cylinders into store for them to measure and order Ultion anti snap cylinders. The guy on the counter measured my cylinders wrong and ordered me 3 cylinders to the wrong size. Luckily 2 fitted, but 1 for my bifolds was too small. After several phone calls and emails they have told me because the wrong size was written down by their staff member it’s my fault somehow? Offered me a reduced price of £45 +vat, instead of owning up to their mistake and rectify at their cost not mine. I’ve now ordered a new cylinder from somewhere else and would never return.

Very helpful assistant, found the lock we wanted in also found us some Perfect Replacement handles, we will be back soon for a new letterbox. Great service Thank You
