I am extremely grateful to Dr Virgile for his expertise. I had horrible, non-stop head pain for 2 weeks. After an ER visit and visits with a few providers I saw him in consultation. He gave me my normalcy back and free now of pain. Very professional and thorough. His staff was kind and helpful.

There was definitely a wait, but Dr Virgile was very knowledgeable and thorough. The staff was great and I was very satisfied.

Worst experience ever. The secretary was extremely rude and disrespectful as they yell at you and over you with a superiority complex. The secretary is completely misinformed with her knowledge or lack of, and yet screams at you about it. She was sarcastic and unhelpful and unprofessional! I even had to cancel the appointment because I was disgusted by the experience of it all. Truly disgraceful.

Does eyes good, but even if you are scheduled for an appointment don't be surprised if you sit for hours waiting to see him. Last appt. my mom was there 4 hrs. Waiting. Hard to make arrangements for a ride.

Poor bedside manner, sit and wait over hr 1/2 beyond scheduled appointment. Do not recommend.

Secretaries are very unprofessional and disrespectful. They talk loudly about patients that are in the waiting room with no disregard to patients feelings or the lack of respect that they have for anyone other than themselves.

I had a very poor experience with the doctors and nurses. They where rude and did not explain anything. My son left crying.

The wait was bad, the beside manner was bad, and they used Microsoft paint

This place is horrible. Bad bedside manner, long wait, outdated dirty office.

He knew exactly what was wrong with my eye, after a long visit to the ER, that lasted all night. ER sent me to Dr. VIRGILE. He really is a professional! Thank you!
