It's important to remember that people have different experiences, and it can depend on how you interact with them.nnYesterday, I had a road test with an instructor named Daniel, who was one of the best instructors I've ever had. He was always calm, polite, and professional. He took the time to explain everything before and after the ride, including any mistakes I made. This was a welcome change from other instructors who can be overly strict and aggressive. I want to say thank you to Daniel for his excellent service, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great driving instructor. Overall good customer service in this Registry center. Took my road test with Hugh and it was great. Although I failed after trying the parallel park, he let me complete the test and made sure to sit down with me after to give me advice and go through what I did wrong. He was very friendly and made me feel relaxed!
took the roadtest with sunil today and passed first try! dont listen to negative reviews as theyre probably just people dissapointed they didnt pass. dont get discourged if he doesnt sound too happy, as long as youre prepared and know what youre doing you should be just fine. he is overall a very understanding guy. thank you northtown!
We have always visited them for our work. Never disappointed. We went there today to get our marriage license, I had already printed the filled form so it’s less work for them. Crystal was very nice and answered all our questions calmly. She made sure we had everything correct on the form. I am very happy and grateful! Thank you so much Crystal
Incredibly rude staff. Was “helped” by a lady today to register my car from out of province. I had the documents that I needed but the lady was incredibly rude and was not understanding the situation, and did not know policy. She told me that one of my documents were invalid and I explained to her the situation but was not understanding it and, at one point, was yelling at me about my documents and repeating herself without listening to me.nnHer supervisor eventually stepped in and explained to her that I had all that I needed and got my car registered.nnThis lady should not be working in customer service if this is how she interacts with people.
