I had a great experience dealing with this company.  I purchased trim, doors and wainscot material to renovate the entire main floor of my home.  I am a DIY'er, not a contractor.  They were super helpful, took a fair bit of time with me and gave lots of valuable advice plus their pricing was very competitive and much better than the big box stores.  They even gave me a bit of free trim to apologize for a little mix up with the doors I ordered even though the mix up was mostly my fault.  I considered only 4 stars because they don't have evening or weekend hours.  But my experience with them was so good that I'll definitely deal with them in the future even if I have to work around their hours.  Another reviewer mentioned they only take cash or cheque but I was able to send them email money transfers which was very convenient.

Terrible.  Have been there 4 times and had nothing but trouble.. Didn't get call backs and even got yelled at by the owner.. Taking my business elsewhere..

Miserable customer service. A man who, I believe, is the owner or manager told the worker who was serving me, not to waist his time with "nobody's" and to serve his real customers. What a piece of work. I'll never go back.
