Northern Rockies Medical Clini

We had an appointment for our 1.5 year old daughter for her eyes, she had red eyes for two days and we finally got the appointment for Wednesday. Unfortunately we live 40 minutes away and because of the wind we were more than 15 minutes late. The lady works there was so rude and told us they had to re-schedule it to Friday, and she told us there are lots of people waiting and they are full. But there were nobody waiting in the lobby and all we needed was five minutes! Then we went to the ER and get a prescription for eye drop.. There was no need for being rude and there was no sympathy.

The emergency room nurses were friendly and great service but the doctor was rude and didn't even spend the time to look over my son.... thank goodness we took him to shelby where they took good care of him.

Super friendly. Idk why I always think ppl in general will be mean to me in general because I'm First Nation but wow Cutbank has super nice people omg, I love it here. Everyone greets you. This place was easy process and quick.
