Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Calls are very rarely picked up. Don't waste time with voicemail - they won't call back. Emails also sometimes went unanswered. Lots of breaks and time off taken by staff can be attributed to the poor level of communication. The company appears to be going backward. This location only got its own phone number recently. Prior to that you had to call head office to get routed. They also did away with the automated email feature that kept clients up to date on their balances. You have many lending options - no need to consider this one.
Does the atm ever work? I refuse to go in to branch because, well, that's a whole negative experience...but then every time I go to the atm it's down. So my question is...they want every member to be self serve, but then their atm is always down and their online banking is atrocious...so what services are they providing? It seems every barrier is in place to prevent face to face contact...but they also cant get it together for self-serve options. Lose lose for the member?
