Story

If you are suffering from joint pain, neck or back strain, arthritis, tight muscles, have been in a car accident, or experienced an injury at work or while playing a sport, we can help! Our team of five physio therapists and three registered massage therapists provide a range of treatments for all ages in a friendly, relaxed environment. We welcome everyone including WCB, ICBC, RCMP, Veteran's Affairs, privately insured as well as privately paying clients.

Jessica has provided the most effective treatment I’ve found since my back injury 7 months ago. Her knowledge and ability to explain what’s happening and how to fix it has made my recovery so much more expedient. The app with exercise videos to do at home make it easy to do the work in between sessions.
Mara has been helping me with my posture and corresponding jaw problems TMJ and is always lovely to go to. She is smart, nice and has been incredibly supportive - I have been seeing her for quite a few months now!
