I would recommend this company to anyone looking for work. They listen to your needs to get you the right placement. Excellent experience now been taken on full time. Thanks to this company.
For this agency i worked 13 weeks, 4 nights a week. It comes up to 52 days. During that period i had 4 unpaid holidays agreed with the company I worked for. There has been 2 bank holidays for wich i was paid for and had 2 more days off for personal reasons wich was paid aswell. It leaves me with 44 days working. For these days I accrued 4 days of holiday. So i need to be at work 11 days to get 1 holiday. If you work for them full year it comes up with 18.9 holidays per year including bank holidays. By the law people who works 4 day a week entitled to 22,4 days per year. Make your own decision people if you want work for this agency.
Really disappointed in this recruitment agency. I worked a full week then waited another 2 for my wage. They like to state people haven't worked through them when it comes to bad reviews. I've personally seen Clare slagging off both workers and clients especially if a company needs a worker at short notice. Unprofessional, dishonest, Rude and messers is the best words to describe this agency. **AVOID**
