We recently had the basement in our vacation home remodeled by North Twin Builders. This was our first project with them and we could not be happier with the results. Doing a remodel long distance can be challenging, but John and his staff were very attentive to our questions and kept us updated weekly.  The end result was beautiful and we would absolutely use them for future projects!

We used John V and North Twin Builders for  a comprehensive Kitchen remodeling project and are very pleased with the quality of the finished product. We selected NTB after considering others due to their attention to detail, quality reputation and cost saving suggestions .
The work was cost effective and completed on schedule. The NTB crew and subcontractors were always punctual and very accommodating .
From painting to carpentry all aspects were completed with quality workmanship. 
We would not hesitate to recommend John and North Twin Builders.

When we decided to renovate our fifty - year old cottage, we chose North Twin Builders and that was the best decision that we could have made.  John and his staff were outstanding in helping us with the planning, making many suggestions about what we could and couldn't do, and giving us cost estimates.  They broke the project down into phases, and actually were able to do the roofing, siding, and a porch addition in the Winter, which was more convenient for us.  We were concerned about doing a project long distance, but John and his crew were excellent in providing progress updates, pictures, and suggestions for improvements.  We could not be happier with the end result.

I have used John Volkman and north Twin Builders on projects at our lake home for over 10 years.  Three things I respect about them: The excellence of their work. The honesty and integrity of their dealings with me and their followthrough to completion on projects.  We live in central Wisconsin and have not always been able to closely monitor building projects.  Over time I have come to trust John and his staff for the reasons I have mentioned.  Thank you, John and staff.

The floor joists and sub-floors of our 1964 cottage were rotting. We were faced with either a tear down, sale or remodel. We favored the location and certain aspects of our cottage. North Twin guided us through an extensive restoration, remodel and expansion. The experience was great and we could not be happier.
