A must go to in Brooks! We had the shrimp salad rolls, rice and chicken, spicy rare beef pho, and a couple bubble teas. The food was fresh and delicious. The service excellent and owners so friendly. The facilities were spotless clean and atmosphere super cute. We would definitely come back and recommend it to any of our friends! Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs and welcomed our kids eight yummy noodle soup

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this new place in town!! The staff in prompt and friendly, the service was fast, the food was high quality and delicious, they have everything you need right at your table and the prices are very good!! We will definitely be making this restaurant our regular hangout spot for great food and great hospitality. I can’t wait to bring all my friends and family here, and would recommend to anyone! Highly recommend this authentic restaurant! Parking: Street parking on both sides of the street.
Food was delicious, fresh and quick! Plus they serve the little ones right away. Kid-friendliness: Brought out a small bowl of soup and noodles right away for my granddaughter.

Stopped by this restaurant when we went camping at Kinbrook. I ordered chicken and beef vermicelli and my husband had Bun Bo Hue soup. They were SO GOOD. I hope they will open one in Calgary soon.Food: 5/5
The Vietnamese Spicy Noodle soup with Beef and Shrimp rolls were delicious!. The broth had so much flavor and just the right amount of spice. The portions were large and worth the price, definitely a return to place. The staff is friendly and North Star Pho has a great atmosphere!Food: 5/5

I've been to North Star Pho a couple times. Amazing food. Family business. Brings a smile to your face seeing hard working people like this. I make sure to stop by when driving through Brooks. I usually don't like rice but the fried rice was great. Nothing but compliments from me.
