Love,love,love Dr Darling. She is AWESOME with our bully. A little on expensive side, but worth every dollar! Dr takes her time, and you dont feel stupid asking questions.

I adopted three cats from the Humane Society two years ago and was given a certificate for a free checkup for my kids at North River Animal Hospital! I have been going there ever since. The staff is awesome, friendly and so very kind and gentle with everyone's pets. Dr. Barnes is so very compassionate and patient. I have never had a veterinarian like her. The staff always goes above and beyond their duty. They even take my kids from the car and back out again because they can be pretty heavy. I would recommend that anyone searching for someone to take care of their special kids.....call North River Animal Hospital for an appointment! Merry Pack 8/17/17

Great staff! I just moved to the area and had to bring my dogs in. They have been itching and chewing their feet like crazy for almost 3 years. Their old vet chalked it up to allergies and only threw steroids and antibiotics at them. Even after many times of telling them that it doesn't help. The old vet did the skin scrape and only checked for mites every time. I came here and the checked for everything! Turns out they both had a yeast infection on their skin. So they gave an alternative to the steroids (one that doesn't destroy their liver and other things) and gave mass for the yeast infection. Within 2 days of giving them the new meds. My dogs are like completely different animals! You can tell they feel so much better than they have in a long time! So greatful I found north river!

Seriously, the best office ever!! When my dog hurt her leg they told me to bring her right in, I arrived an hour before closing. Every person I saw from the front desk, assistants, techs and especially Dr. Darling was friendly & patient. They stayed almost an hour after closing! I am so happy my Ruby is gonna be OK. Thank you so much ladies, you're awesome!

Great vet office and great care. They are very loving to the animals and explain everything in detail. Would definitely recommend
