We are a craft distillery dedicated to making amazing and delicious spirits such as vodka, gin, whisky, and rum.

Story

North of 7 Distillery is a craft distillery owned and operated by Greg Lipin and Jody MIall. They are also the owners/operators of Coyote Rock Gym who, after many years of being in the rock climbing business, decided to branch out and pursue another one of their passions.

I don’t know ANYTHING about liquor, but the tour was great and very engaging. I’m pulled my for these guys. Buy local?
Did a tour with the them, loved learning about being a local distillery. They seemed very knowledgeable with all the questions we asked. Also there rum is one of the best, usually always sold out but for good reason!
Really cool tour, and the rums are awesome!
Best local distilled liquid deliciousness.
The tour was great. Begins with tasting of all the products than the friendly staff explains you everything. Jody was down to hearth funny and nice. I would recommend for sure.
