North Hill Dental

Do not use this dental office. This office is by far the most unprofessional organization I have ever had the displeasure of using. As a new patient, out of 4 appointments that I had, 3 of them were rescheduled several times. I would be called perhaps an hour before my appointment, told that the dentist had an emergency and be rescheduled. Then an hour before the rescheduled appointment I would be called and told again that the dentist had an "emergency" and be rescheduled again. They have no regard whatsoever for my time or schedule and obviously don't want or need my business. Do yourself a favour and find a dentist that knows how to run a business, respects your time and appreciates your business.

Simply the best experience I've ever had related to a dentist's office. First off, VERY punctual, which is remarkable. Next, all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (Diana, whom you deal with most of the time when phoning in and at reception, is warm and extremely accommodating). Sahar is not only very knowledgeable, but also has a charm that is quite disarming. Most importantly, she has the gift of a very gentle touch. Equipment and techniques are all up to date. All procedures are made so much better through the use of dental chairs that delicately massage your back and televisions suspended directly above you, so you can watch your choice of programing (movies/television shows) via Netflix. I just don't think you could do better as far as a dentist office goes. I've finally found my dentist!

If you’re just a patient elsewhere you’re in the wrong place. Here you are family and I emphatically call them my girls and like family they are always taking care of everything for me. I’m a bit of a mess and they went above and beyond to help me. Even simple things like trying to get a hold of me they went around my obstacles and emailed appointments and even texted reminders to help me out. To say they are kind, fun and attentive to you is an understatement. There is no better recommendation I can give nor do I normally post things but this I do whole heartedly.

at a prime location , excellent staff with affordable prices and proffesional dentist . Highly recomended
