North Hatley Suites

What a great location in downtown North Hatley. Our family rented 3 of the 4 apartments for my mum's 90th birthday celebration. The main floor apartment was clean and spacious dining table for 10. Much time just sitting on the porch. Thank you Frederic.

I am sorry to write this review. We booked the apt for two nights and told about our eta 1400. The apt was not ready yet at that time. That is ok. North Hatley is a nice, small village, so you can do things beside waiting. After a few hours, we asked Fred after we found him as the cell number did not work about the apt and it was still not done. It also did not seem to be done/ready soon. We felt unwelcome by Fred and the way he communicated rude with us and decided to get reimbursed and stay a somewhere else. I hope he treats his future guests less rude/better communication.

I am staying in Le Loft. Host had unit beautifully accommodating upon arrival, with welcome note, lights, relaxation channel, etc. Very clean, modern and well appointed. A very pleasant and very well priced stay!

Worst booking experience, just be ready that after getting your booking confirmation the owner can call you in a few weeks and tell he's overbooked. As far as I see from other comments it's not just once he did it apparently choosing among the reservations with more people to charge more. Just count on your luck :-
