I've dealt with them since they were on Main Street in Franklin. Nice locally owned pharmacy, "where everybody knows your name." Easy parking, easy access off Rte 517.

Aside from good products & prices, North Country Pharmacy staff exudes a very friendly & neighborly atmosphere giving you that back in the day feeling when everybody knew your name & family walking into the store. I don't live close to the pharmacy however, continue to shop there because you don't find places like this anymore.

Sadly this pharmacy has been bought out.  We have been with this pharmacy for over two years, primarily because we loved the previous owners so much. This place was everything you would expect from a small local country pharmacy. We liked it so much, we actually drove 30 minutes out of our way. Most recently we have been dealing with the new pharmacist TJ, who sincerely lacks professionalism and has very limited customer service skills. It is very clear that he has no interest in maintaining the client base built by the previous owners. It's super disappointing to see another great mom and pop shop in Sussex County go. It seems like everything that's great about Sussex County is slowly fading away. We were disappointed to have to move our business to one of the large chains, but fortunately we found a great pharmacist over at the ShopRite in Franklin. Ironically, when we were in ShopRite transferring our prescriptions, we bumped into a previous customer of North Country who was doing the same thing we were. They had told us that they heard through the grapevine that many of the old customers were leaving. It seems like it won't take long for TJ to chase away all of North country's customers.
