These people are the most helpful and friendly that you could ever want. As far as the guy/gal who posted a 1 star 8 years ago, if you are a month late and get cancelled, their story....is just a story..."we were cancelled after being late only a week." Followed by more fiction.

The absolute most money grubbin people I have ever met. Typical insurance co. Want their money now, but if you are a week late they cancel your insurance, and then wait almost a month to tell you. Then of course, because of the lack of coverage everyone else wants more money as well. This company is part of Auto-owners out of Indian River, definately pay more some where else, you will be better off.
