Both of my visits went great. No long waits or issues with check-in or check-out. Dr. Shapiro was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable with the vasectomy procedure.
The Urologist Dr. Caroline Vilchishas my highest regard as a health care physician. Her sense of calm and fun combined to make me utterly comfortable in what could be a very scary experience. I highly recommend her for all needs. She knows how to calm down the most skittish patient! Me!

They did a great Job with my previous issues. I changed insurances and was very unsatisfied with my new urologist Even though my new insurance wasn't normally accepted, Dr. Frasier and staff took me back, and addressed my concerns and scheduled my Surgery immediately!
I have been going to Dr Guerena for several years. I couldn't be happier about the care I receive from him. He always takes his time and answers any questions I may have. And staff is very courteous and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I had to have surgery, and I chose North Coast Urology to perform my surgery. They were extremely thorough. I walked out of the hospital 24 hours after surgery. And, they continue to keep my interest first. If you need a Urologist, you will receive great care at North Coast Urolgy.
Your Office staff is incompetent and cause me considerable work just to see the doctor. I never received a notification that my test results were completed. I had to call my family doctor to get the results then I called your office to get an appt. Messages were not passed to the doctor until I had to physically go to the office and talked to the office manager. Never seen such a cluster mess in a doctors office.
