The Blind River Learning Centre offers training in Essential Skills for people looking to join or to improve their position in the workforce, and for people looking to improve their independence. All are welcome. All services are free.
The North Channel Literacy Council promotes literacy to enable adults learners to reach their fullest potential in the community through the development and delivery of quality training, awareness and educational programs.
