North Bay Insurance Brokers

These guys are absolutely best. Had to find a new broker for our small business needs. The old guy was unreachable, unresponsive and frankly had no clue what he was doing. I was recommended to check North Bay Insurance Brokers. They listened to all my needs very carefully. Examined all existing policies. Did their research and made excellent recommendations, which saved me money. Subsequently I contacted them a number of times and this team was on the task right away. The only part that makes me feel bad is that I did not find this company earlier. Highly recommended.

I've been a happy customer for a few years and have always appreciated the good rates. I'm also very impressed with their friendly, quick and efficient customer service. I highly recommend you call or visit these guys if you need a new insurance policy or want a better rate and/or better service.

Good customer service! They were very straight up with me. Usually I don't like talking to insurance agents but they made me feel very understanding. At the end I was satisfied how things went. And on the plus side they had a great personality.
