Walked in to look at and was prepared to buy a lift recliner with particular advanced features but it seems if you are wearing work clothes you are stereo typed. After 20 minutes of trying the various units, no sales even approached me. it was only as I was leaving I was approached. Better wear a suit if you want to be served in North Bay. Was on the VIP list but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Going elsewhere.
This store has a good variety of everything you might need for your house. Prices and sale's are usually pretty good. Staff there is excellent.
bought a beautiful sectional couch, which was a great deal on sale... sales lady was just awesome! and delivery guys worked there butts off to get couch in my door on a very hot day!!
I love heading into the store and being welcomed by smiling associates who are so knowledgeable about furniture. Darlene is always who I seek out because she listens to what I’m looking for and takes the time to really know what I want and don’t want. It’s like she is shopping for herself. No pressure. Down to earth. My kinda experience. I’ve also had to follow up for service as we live in a no -perfect world….and have had amazing response and my expectations are always exceeded. Thanks to Darlene and the team there!!!!

Love this store ! Have purchased many rooms of furniture. The quality is wonderful and has all different styles to choose from Darlene is our sales person and I can’t say enough good about her. She goes above and beyond to help you and stays on top of your orders. I had seen a recliner I loved but it was sold floor model. A week or so later Darlene called to tell me she searched the other stores and found one for me. She is amazing!!! Love the store the furniture and the staff!!
Just unpacked a headboard and footboard I purchased from Ashleys, waited 10 months, the headboard and footboard are dented in 3 places and deep scratches are present throughout. Not what you would expect from a new product at all. When I called Ashleys to see what I should do they told me I had to call the manufacturer. Nice. Manufacturer has failed to call me back. You would think Ashleys would deal with that. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Zero stars for customer service and product.
Phoned the store about a complaint on 12th of December Lady on the phone told me I have to call repair She did not offer the phone number and I can't find it I'm a senior and technology illiterate and the charged me to become a special customer Oh well
I had the absolute pleasure of having Darlene Prier as my sales associate. She was so caring and hard working! She genuinely cared and helped me over and over. Between lengthy wait times and space constraints, she kept trying to find solutions, which she did! I am so happy with the final result, and I am truly grateful to Darlene for everything she did to help me!
From the moment I walked in the door they were very helpful kind and a joy to be around. Even though they didn't have what I wanted they assured me that checking back in from time to time they may. Excellent customer service and a very warm atmosphere.
