Service is usually always great! This last time that I was in I was offered a choice of a quick complimentary cleaning of my choice. I thought that was quite nice of the service department.ent to do such a thing! However, my mind was quickly changed when my vehicle was returned and the complementary service that I had chosen was not completed nor were any of the others on the list. Normally it would be a 5 out of 5 but due to this new service, I give a 3.
My husband recently started working here and it is definitely the most friendly, welcoming place he has worked. They are not only super helpful with their customers but also to their staff and their staffs families. I highly recommend making this your next place for vehicle shopping!
I experienced a serious noise in the engine of my 2016 SantaFe sport two weeks ago. Upon research, I discovered that components inside were imploding. When I called in to book it in, the Service Advisor Krysta & Service Manager Kevin explained the entire engine warranty process related to my issue. When I dropped the vehicle off, I met Jeff to look at potentially trading it in. He went to work with General Manager Melinda & Business Manager Jared and we’re able to get me into a brand new 2022 Tucson Essential for very little more than I was paying on my existing loan. Jared spent time walking me through all the paperwork, and made sure to answer all my questions and make recommendations to give me the best value of coverage. I was blown away by the service they provided, they went above and beyond my expectations 10 fold. Right down to the walk through of all the settings inside the vehicle. I’ve never had such a great experience before, I highly recommend North Battleford for your next vehicle. I am so excited to go on adventures with my new Tucson!
It's a great place . Building had an awesome face-lift Love dealing with the people there They are always willing to help I have purchased my vehicles there I had a 2015 jeep patriot was my first one . Then a 2018 hyundai tucson Then I got a 2020 hyundai tucson. Which are all great vehicles. Was always treaded awesome here and still plan on dealing with them
Since purchasing my vehicle from the North Battleford Hyundai, I have consistently come in for their services. Super quick and easy to book in for an appointment. Friendly staff greet and welcome you upon arrival. They have prompt shuttle services that will take and pick you up from anywhere within city limits.Their vehicle services are thorough and they always communicate any necessary repairs before proceeding with anything. Overall, always an excellent service!
I found North Battleford Hyundai's environment very welcoming. Everyone I encountered was kind, respectful and NOT high-pressure. They discussed a wide variety of options with me to ensure I found the vehicle I wanted with terms that suited me. They also have an amazing referral program, which was a benefit to my son. I recommend North Battleford Hyundai if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. It was a great experience!!
This was my first time ever buying a brand new car! The experience was smooth and easy. Michelle helped us find exactly what we wanted and we love our 2022 Tucson. The entire dealership called us by first name and made sure we left happy and felt well served. Totally recommend this dealership!
I am always met with a friendly "hello" and feel very welcomed every time I go to North Battleford Hyundai . My vehicle is always taken care of with Great Mechanics and a Great Service Dept. I have to also send out a very Special Thanks to Brian whom details the vehicles at the North Battleford Hyundai Dealership. Brian does a great job and really takes pride in his work! All the Staff are very personable too - from Receptionist to Service Dept. to the Mechanics to the Sales People - everyone very friendly and welcoming! I also really enjoy sitting in the Reception Area and having a great cup of coffee and watching the TV - it is always a very relaxing experience and I know my vehicle is getting the best of care!
My purchase experience of a new vehicle through North Battleford Hyundai was exceptional. They treated me very well and were friendly as well as accommodating to my needs. This is my sixth new vehicle I have purchased and by far the least headache. Byron was awesome to deal with as well as everyone else. In the future, I will probably be going there first when I buy another one.
