The North Atlantic Aviation Museum is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m., and by private booking on weekends.

We are open 7 days a week during peak season, usually June - September.

Nice small museum with a small admission charge. Aviation enthusiasts with love this place as it gives the history of aviation that began here in Gander, Newfoundland. Staff members are friendly and courteous and very informative.
Great Pokémon stop
Wonderful little museum containing unique artifacts and a piece of a steel girder from the World Trade Center.
Very interesting museum relating the story of Gander and it's very important aviation influence
a small Museum but lots of interesting things to see the displays are well-documented and unique. A few airplanes are displayed outside the museum on the grounds
Real scale planes to touch and view up close good picture opportunity
Great exhibits that tell an interesting story about Gander and the airports varied roles. Smaller than I thought it would be.
Went on the beyond words tour with Katerina and Perry and it exceeded our expectations. The tour was very informative and the stories were great. We loved meeting Dawn Baker too. The entire tour made us feel like we had the memorable and welcoming experience of one of the “plane people”.
