Had 2 flat tires - Called North Algonquin and spoke to Mike who is the owner. Towed my vehicle to his shop where unfortunately tires had to be replaced. He dropped me off at my friends workplace so I can hitch a ride home. Picked vehicle up after the weekend. Mike and his staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% RecommendServices: Car towing
I don't have the most reliable vehicle but it gets me from point A to B right now. My spouse is unwell and there is always stress around our vehicle working properly for drives to the hospital and appointments. North Algonquin staff are awesome. They are always there for us whether we use CAA or not. The shop staff and tow crew are friendly and patient addressing our concerns. We were renting a uHaul from the attached office on a Saturday. No uHaul attendant but the two gentlemen at the Napa Auto Care got us the number to contact for the uHaul manager of the office AND came and pulled the uHaul out of the frozen parking spot, just to be helpful. We weren't even customers and these guys were the most helpful people of the day.

My wife's vehicle broke down a few weeks before a planned drive from Ontario to Newfoundland, and she called NAT for a tow to a local repair shop. That local repair shop was unfortunately unable to service/repair the vehicle until after our departure date from Ontario, which was a similar situation across other shops due to it being the beginning of tire season. This was a major concern for us as travel plans had been made. The driver was sympathetic to our situation, friendly, and professional; he offered to tow it to their shop. He was confident that the NAT team would be able to look at it in the morning with an update by end of day. I asked them to fix whatever was necessary and ensure that it was safe and road-worthy. The following afternoon I received a call from Mike with fantastic news. They fit the job in their schedule as intended, made all necessary repairs, and Mike specifically addressed my concern of it being safe for my wife to drive. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the issue and repairs completed, reassured me that it was safe and reliable for the road for many kilometers to come. I personally found the cost pleasantly surprising for the high-level of service provided, work completed, customer care, and job duration less than 24hrs. Locked my keys in my car- not how anyone wants to start a Monday! In a panic to get my daughter to camp and myself to work, I called and requested a truck come unlock my car and asked how long...the dispatcher was incredibly kind and said he would get them rolling right away for me. In less than the estimated time, the truck operator Steve had me in the car and on my way. Paying was so incredibly quick and I had my receipt within the hour. Steve even said he would make a 'boss call' for me because who will believe the 'I locked my keys in the car and that's why I am late' story on a MONDAY!!!. To Steve and the North Algonquin Towing Team, THANK YOU for being so kind, courteous and helpful on this crazy Monday morning! After being quoted to replace my truck engine and given a timeline of 2 weeks on repairs, I had my truck brought there. They have had it for over a month and the office manager/staff has given me the run around telling me there is shipping issues and whatever else they could think of. Finally thought it was sorted out, told it would be there in a couple days. I called after 5 weeks of sitting in their yard to find out they haven't even ordered an engine. When I asked why they didn't call me the response was "we will bring your truck back to you" and hung up on me. Very rude staff. They don't update their clients and customers should just except it. The sad part is they are part of the CAA network, so when you need a tow the area, these are the same people sent to pick up your ride. Good thing the drivers are nice people. Would avoid them at all costs.
