Norske Nook

It was a disappointing stop for lunch. Mostly the service was a bit under par. The server may have been having an off day. I had the Sour Cream Raisin pie. The meringue was burned on top and whole piece must have been on the very last second before expiration. I realize there probably isn't a lot of turn over on that flavor, so maybe my tastes are a little off the mainstream public. To me there are other, much better options in the area.

They were very friendly, and my server had several large tables plus mine, and she was quick, efficient, and didn't forget anything. My burger and cheese curds were delicious, and the raspberry cream cheese pie was INCREDIBLE! I would definitely eat here again, in a heartbeat!

Always friendly accomodations. The food has always been served promptly & piping hot with great taste & generous portions. I love the way this restaurant shares its secrets, by selling its spices as well as cookbooks. The deserts are to die for. Great family restaurant.

My family and I visit new restaurants, and supper clubs every Friday night. The usual $8.95 soup and salad bar. I was disappointed with the Norske Nook salad as it isn't what they advertise. It's a house salad at best. My family and I visited tonight. Forgot my wife's soup, didn't bring water, one cup of coffee, half the ingredients missing in my salad, cold hamburger , my 9 year old said her peanut butter pie tasted funny, etc. Not a good visit this time.

What a disappointment....my food came cold and when I said something my server put it in the microwave... then became upset because I didnt want it microwaved I wanted hot FRESH food.... the manager came over and offered a fresh plate and a piece of free pie....when I got my new plate my mashed potatoes where once again cold in the middle....WE WONT BE BACK...
