Great place to get confort food at a great price. The pies are Amazing but a little spendy. But worth every penny.
Very lovely lunch today. It was a very busy time so it took a bit longer to get the food out, but it was worth the wait. We had Norwegian Pancakes, French Toast, Hot Brown, and a Classic Reuben. Then we got an award winning Blueberry Lemonade Pie to go. The meal and pie were pricey but yummy!
Best pies I’ve ever had, hands down. Plus if you return the tin, they’ll pay you cash for it back! Great people, awesome pie. Try the cherry pie!
Fantastic pies! Good turkey sandwich on cranberry wild rice bread.
Cute little place! Amazing home made pies. This was a good stopover place for us on our road trip from Milwaukee to Minneapolis. Good Norwegian food, even had 3 options for vegetarians! A must try!
This is a living piece of Wisconsin history! The staff is so friendly and I felt so at home in their oh-so-cool vintage setting. That said, of course, the real stars are the pies. Words don’t reach those heights, except to say that upon leaving, you realize that you are feeling...simply very happy.
Food was good. Pies eere outrageously expensive. $114 for three. Good pies. But not $40 GOOD
I've been going here for the last 50 years. The quality of food and service is outstanding. The bakery is THE best. 6 Stars!!
Oh my Gosh, the poor wait staff person was so busy she could barely keep up!! It was Labor Day Weekend, and very few people were working. But the food was worth the wait, as always! Mmmmm, death by chocolate this time....so rich!!!
All wait staff and Hostess wore masks. The tables were spread out to the 6-foot radiance. The food was great as always. though they were not busy we did have to wait a bit for the waitress to come to our table. At first we thought there was only one waitress working but their end up actually to be three
