Waitress was what ruined the experience. Food was decent, large portions. Waitress was rude and short with us. Made an attempt to communicate in French as she refused to speak English. She spoke English to another wait staff without issue, so we knew she could.
Was there tonight, terrible service. Felt like I was being ignored after being very polite. Will not be back and will nit recommend. I wanted to stay longer but felt pushed out. Terrible.
It was a cold and windy night, they where 5min from closing and they still let me in and fed me!!! They didn't rush me. I was vary thankful for there hospitality!

Very beautiful restaurant from inside, and good service.
Every time I come to Normandin I see empty tables in line of sight and it’ll still take them 15 minutes to get you seated… even though there’s a free table right in front of you. l’ve also waited over half an hour to get the bill, I had to get up and find our server to get it done. There’s a giant amount of employees and everything moves at a snails pace. The food is good and cooked quickly, but everything else is long and painful.
The Club Sandwich was almost the best I have ever had. Great food and service.
Beers always fresh!!! Have a genuine draft @ Normandin and no worries for distanciation : Nice system_reservation:
