Tiny joint right out of Tokyo.  Seating is very limited but intimate.  Small grill where most is done . "Meal of the day" is premade but nonetheless delicious every time.  Simple but succulent dishes. The mainstays on the menu are Japanese appetizers that keep you coming back.

Can't make it to Japan? Don't worry... noren is the closest experience you can get in Montreal. The people are lovely, the food is affordable and absolutely incredible. One of my favourite spots in the city!
