Today was our first time here. We were not disappointed! Huge generous portions we both had a large amount of leftovers to take home!. Reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. Amazing food. The dessert spring rolls were definitely a highlight. Just an FYI the mild is still spicy so if you can't handle spicy then....maybe not for you but the flavors were still amazing
Great service, tip them well for all their hard work. The only thing I had a real problem is I ordered a side of rice. Now I've ordered side of rice a few times from different locations in Vic from Noodlebox. Every single time, the rice was cold, dry and crusty! I don't know how they prepare it but it doesn't work! Dried out before I get it? Dries up in the container? It's so bad! My peanut box was pretty good, even though wasn't much rice noodles in it. Need to fix the rice!
I have tried noodle box on and off. Hit and.miss is the best way to characterize the food. The Teriyaki bowl didn't even taste like teriyaki. The prices for a fast foodish place is expensive a bowl about 16-20$. I guess it's like that most places now.
The worst Asian fusion food I’ve ever had. They have no idea about what ribbon noodle is. If you are looking for any good Asian food, never try this place.
SO BAD!! I used to love this location it was always so great.. got takeout tonight and after bringing it home we all discovered that all 3 of our boxes had no sauce, so we call back to just get mine remade which was a ordeal but I ain’t even gonna get into that So I go and get mine and there’s so much sauce it’s leaking out of the bottom, the noodles were undercooked, chicken was over cooked & the sauce was so salty that it wasn’t edible. Like I mean the food was bad, really really bad. Trust the reviews and go somewhere else.
Another fast food gem in this area. My wife and I easily shared this box of peanut-y saucy noodles with chicken and veg.
Spice levels never seem to be consistent. I always order mild-medium heat and it used to be perfect. The last few couple times i’ve ordered here though, it’s been so spicy it’s inedible, and far from “a nice dose of heat”. On the other end, if i order mild, it has zero spice what so ever and I lose out on flavour. Seems like they’re just “winging it” every time instead of following a recipe or guideline…
Had not ordered from the Noodle Box in ages. Thought I would save myself making dinner and ordered the Pad Thai. Add chicken and extra sauce. Received a watery, sloppy mess. Nothing like the Pad Thai I have had in the past from this restaurant. Very disappointing. Will not order again.
We order exclusively from the Westshore location and we are never disappointed with the quality, taste and service. Extremely eager to make your experience 100%! My son is fussy with his tastes and Westshore Noodlebox caters to his likes. The app is great too for ordering and the bonus of collecting points adds to the convenience. Bombay Mac and Cheese with beef is my favorite!!! Would recommend!!
