Amazing food. Great atmosphere and servers. The food and prices are amazing and will definitely be going back again. If you want a nice place to eat or just somewhere to have a quick bite to eat Noe Jose Cafe is amazing.
Incredibly friendly staff, and truly some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in the Pacific Northwest! A must for anyone craving Mexican food and passing through the area.

The food is always good and the service is always outstanding! Plus, I work odd hours, so it's awesome to be able to get dinner delivered in the morning the clam chowder is my favorite. Definitely our go-to for the Oak Harbor area!
Hands down, the best family restaurant. I have came to this restaurant several times, and their food continues to amaze me each time. Not to mention, their service is also the best in town. Once you walk through the door, you’ll automatically feel welcomed by their amazing staff!
