24 Pizzas, 5 salads, homemade soup of the day and beverages make up our menu. Fresh, from scratch ingredients used, local when possible.
Noce Gourmet Pizzeria features hand-tossed, stone-oven cooked pizzas, with the freshest (often local) ingredients we can purchase. All toppings are prepared in-house; all cheeses grated by us so there are no anti-caking agents on them, Italian sausage is purchased from Lou's Sausage (no additives or preservatives, only good quality meat and spices), ground lamb is purchased from a local vendor and we create our own lamb sausage. Mushrooms are chopped and roasted, also our garlic, chicken breasts, and shrimp are roasted in-house. Our delicious dough and bread (that is served in the evenings) is made fresh daily. Our bases are also all created in-house. Much TLC goes into putting together a pizza that is delicious and always consistent. Our five salads follow the same rules; freshest ingredients with homemade unique dressings. "Outstanding" is what we have been told for the last 6 years! We have been able to procure a wine and beer license and so can no longer offer BYOB. We have tried to pick out great tasting wines and beers that will pair well with our food. We feel that our prices on these are competitive with supermarket prices. We have also been able to expand our facility, therefore doubling our size. We are able to do catering, larger parties and better serve you at a quicker pace. No more 1 - 1 1/2 hour lines!!! to be seated. Please come out and enjoy a great dining experience with us.
