Had a great Valentines dinner tonight. The ambiance was nice and the food was excellent. I recommend the truffle Mac and cheese alongside the half pound burger. I also enjoy happy hour from 3-6 pm. The wings are my favorite. Thai Chili.

This place has a historical past. It was the Exchange for many years, then sold several times, now reopened as Noble. Like New London, it's kind of run down but has a lot of charm. We had burgers, made to order and very good. Not a place to go if you are in a rush. Nice selection of beer.
Since under new management I have nothing but praise to lavish upon this establishment. Excellent service. Excellent food. Can't wait for more people to get the memo, Noble has earned their attention.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. I love the Ahi Nachos and I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. This Restaurant is Definitely a Diamond in the rough. 100% coming back for those 50¢ wings during happy hour ; best wings in town without a doubt.
First time here, but pulled pork sandwich was very good! Nice harbor view.
Had a fantastic dining experience. Both the bar and the food were superb. Highly recommend the fish and chips
