Left a message and got a call back in less than 10 minutes. Booked an appointment for an hour later. Verification of electrical problem was done in less than 45 minutes. As the issue was a problem with the Hydro hook up, they took care of everything including billing Hydro directly with no out of pocket expense for myself. Hydro showed up within the hour to correct the situation. Got a call later that afternoon to make sure that Hydro had passed and fixed the problem. They were very nice to work with. Would deal with again.

Twice they said they would come and they didnt show up.

Vraiment pas fiable. On prend la peine de prendre rendez-vous et d'être à la maison (donc journée de travail manqué), ils ne se sont jamais présenté! Même pas d’appel pour nous aviser. On appelle et c’est la boîte vocale.
