No Frills

This is a much better option then the other grocery stores in town. The prices are much lower. They don't always have what we are looking for because it's a smaller store then the city of course. But we can usually find what we need. The staff is always cheerful and efficient.

Poor customer service and managerial skills on this date. Staff told my better half that she had too many items for the express line, which would be fine 22 items with a 13 limit but continued to tell her she was a repeat offender which she wasn’t and told her she was not welcome back to the store. We shop for a family of six but I won’t be going there. Obviously they don’t value the businesses in their community.

Nice,clean,really not to many choice for fish department ,small meat department.little bit expensive.

Either open up more registers or hire more cashier's. 2 cashier's but only 1 line up of customers. No carts allowed in the self checkout line & no signage stating that to the customers, and then getting mad at a customer who brought a cart to that area. There was still less than 12 items on the cart, cashier decided to speak up on that but not call more staff to man the tills. It seems like there is not alot of sensible decisions being made here by the workers and management. Will not return by choice.

Love this store. Nothing better than dealing with small town folks and Ponoka has some of the friendliest people that I've ever met.

I am just about done with this store. I have to carefully check my receipt every time I shop there because there’s always errors. The 2 or more pricing sucks. Last time it was club house packages I bought gravy and Shepard’s pie mix. It wasn’t linked so I paid full price. Today I bought taco shells the exact same product just different flavours. They were supposed to be 2:$5. One went through at $4.40. The other at $3.89. You either need to improve your system or dump this method of pricing. I live a half hour out of town and would appreciate if I could shop with confidence and not have to scour my receipt for errors.

Was ok nice staff helpful if asked but busy place .

I peed my pants on the ride home because you closed the bathrooms to the public... a staff member told me they weren't broken they were just closed to the public. Also my pc card wouldn't work so I didn't get my points.. next time I'm going to Costco

I had just finished some small top up grocery shopping and was fully and completely annoyed that about 30% of shoppers wore no masks even though a store provides them. All women so maybe it was a fashion statement not a compliance with public health order. When I mentioned that to the cashier she commented "people will do what they want to do " to which I suggested that refusing service might go a long way ... she just moved her shoulders in that special way and our discussion was finished.
