My daughter is mentally delayed. She needed gum surgery. She loved the staff here. It was such a good experience for her. It went without a hitch. All the staff were extremely patient, kind and compassionate. She felt like a queen. The first picture attached is the before picture, the second is the prep for surgery, the last is only two weeks after surgery. It's looks even better now that the surgery has completely healed. No after pain, no setbacks...everything was smooth sailing.
My first experience with a periodontist and it was quite a pleasant one! All the staff were amazingly friendly while maintaining professionalism! Assessment was very thorough and all the options stated so I came away feeling like I had the best of the best! If you have reservations about going to this clinic, please don’t let it stop you because you will get optimum care! Thank you to all of you who took care of me.
I had tooth lengthening my gum cut back done twice by Dr. Crivello, one session was on my front tooth and I was extremely nervous. He explained the procedure with so much patience and took extra time to assure me everything would turn out great. I can't explain how happy I am with the result, I had two different size front teeth and now they are perfect, the exact same size, his work is extraordinary! If you are in doubt, don't hesitate his work is impeccable.
Iv had 2 gum graph done excellent work by dr Crivello. And the office staff call the days following to gum graphs to check up and see how i was doing. 100percent recomend.
I have been going there for many years after some dental problems that previous dentists were unable to help with.they did an examination and after a fee visits, were able to provide the help that I needed. They have always been extremely helpful and I like to believe that the support and services they provided are the reason that I got the help that I needed. While the cost is more expensive that I would like, I have continued to visit at least once a year and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs the services they problem.
Dr. Crivello and his staff really put me at ease the day I had periodontic surgery, and I really appreciate that, as this was the first time I had any dental surgery of this type so I was a little apprehensive to say the least. They answered my many questions and explained the procedure to me. The entire experience went very well. I have no complaints. All the staff with which I had interaction were friendly and professional. I observed the same of their interaction with other patients as well. The next time I need to have any type of periodontal surgery, I will feel much more at ease knowing how my first experience with Dr. Crivello and his team was for me. I never write reviews but after my experience with Dr. Crivello and his staff I felt it was necessary. If ever you require any work completed by them, you will not be disappointed. I required extensive implant work in removing a 10 yr old implant that was stripped out. The team made after hour time for me to help with the removal, were very accommodating in making flexible appointments. After several attempts to remove the old implant, they were successful. I cannot thank him enough. There are not enough words to write in a review to express my thanks for making a very difficult situation turn out to be a very happy experience. Even if the outcome were not favorable, the efforts from the team did not lack in any way, I felt the team were very compassionate in helping me. Again thanks so much Dr. Crivello and team, your an amazing clinic and dentist!
I had a gum graft done here and I couldn’t have been happier! Dr. Crivello and the team did a fantastic job and as a result of was up and running in a matter of days. They went above and beyond to provide a high quality surgery and did an amazing job!
I recently saw Dr. Crivello and his team for a gum tissue graft procedure. Everyone was very friendly on each visit. I was very nervous on the day that I had my procedure no one likes getting needles in their gums, but they did an excellent job and I felt very little discomfort during the entire procedure, and I was in and out in about an hour.
Highly recommend! I traveled across the province during winter to get a dental implant, and the staff worked with me to help me take advantage of good driving conditions. Dr. Crivello answered all my questions and explained what he was doing during the procedure. He took my health issues into consideration and the procedure itself was quick. I had no pain afterwards, only a little discomfort in my gum. Dr. Crivello also provides excellent after clinic hour care, if needed. The entire staff at NL Peridontics and Dental Implants were helpful, courteous and professional!
