Nippon Travel has very patient staff who go above and beyond for your booking experience. Highly recommend coming here for all your Japan travel needs. They also can make bookings for other travel destinations as well, but it seems like Japan is one of their specialties. I always feel I can trust their information and advice.

The only place in Calgary to buy a JR Rail pass for Japan, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I do not hesitate to recommend them for the next trip to Asia.

I've dealt with subpar service and pricing from.this place for years. The service here is weird as hell, cold, sometimes even rude, and absolutely un-japanese. With Ana offering its best rates online, and the Japan rail pass significantly cheaper to order online, never again. This place sucks, though I must say - white people do get treated especially well here. Pathetic to see this kind of white-worship in 2016.

Service is good. You can purchase JR pass exchange tickets here, redeem them when you arrive to Japan. You can choose which day to begin the JR pass when redeeming, it does not have to take effect immediately.
