I can’t believe this place they open at “8:30” so you call and call and call and no one ever answers the phone or you get the message everyone is busy and can’t come to the phone right now, so please try again later. So I drive down there and the lady is sitting at the desk playing solitaire on the computer!!!!! How RIDICULOUS is this place?????
Dr. D. Ritter is the most thorough and intelligent Doctor I've come across in 4 different provinces over 40 years !
I love my np. But to get hold of the clinic at all is impossible. Like how you suppose to see your dr or np. When you cant get ahold of the clinic.
My Nurse Practitioner is honestly the best I was dealing with a bad withdrawal from topical steroids and unlike the previous hospital i had been, she took into consideration that I wasn't dealing with bad eczema and i didn't need stronger steroids and i got put on the right medication for 4 weeks along with other methods and I have now been medication free for 11 months and don't deal with eczema on steroids.
Really long wait times. They dont take walk in patients so you have to book an appointment and then sit around in the examination room for an hour listening to the doctors having a party in the next room while you wonder if they will even remember that you had an appointment an hour ago. Edit. Now they wont even see patients anymore. They book appointments for over the phone and then dont call, so you call again and they give you another appointment, and then fail to keep that one too. Zellers is still offering better service than nipawin medical clinic.
A useless place... Staff are good but most of the time you just get blown off by the doctors and told to go to ER if it gets worse.. Then you go to the er and they simply document things and tell you to go to walk in. Most of the time there are no walk ins. They have the art of spinning you in circles mastered so you give up until your so sick you end up in the hospital.
He listens really listens to you, he’s kind and patient. Very thorough! Ten out of ten would recommend to a friend!
It is impossible to get through by telephone and because of covid you cannot go there in person to make an appointment. Too bad there was not a 0 star rating.
Very good family doctor who keeps up on medical developments and good at identifying and treating health issues of concern. He listens and responds to my health concerns.
I have always been treated with respect
