Excellent customer service ... and I mean truly excellent. Dealt with three different people there and all were complete gentlemen. They made it a positive experience and I feel that I was treated fairly.
I purchased a vehicle in April 2025. I believe it was Roger’s first sale. So he didn’t know everything about the vehicle but had help and did a great job. I believe Cody was the paperwork guy and that went very smoothly.nMy problem is it is a 2025 jeep compass trailhawk and the cruise control does not work! The speaker sound switches on its own from driver side to passenger side so constantly adjusting the volume.nnI have taken my vehicle 3 times to the service department and it is still not fixed! They tell me that an update is required but is not ready. No compensation given for this problem. The service team is friendly but I feel this needs to be fixed! It’s brand new!nnThey are aware that this is a problem with these new vehicles and I feel I should have been made aware at the time of the purchase!nnI am a very unhappy customer.

It was a great experience from start to finish! Dealing with Vraj, Jeff and Cody was simple and straightforward. They provided me all of the information that I needed to purchase my trailer with confidence. Vraj was able to answer every question I had and Cody made the paperwork portion of the deal easy and quick. This is the 3rd product I've purchased from Nipawin and I look forward to a continued relationship. Thanks to the team at Nipawin Motorsports for putting a smile on my face and a trailer in my driveway.
More than happy to sell car but service dept is a mess. Regardless of promises, they never callback. I will be going to Tisdale for all service.
