Sent away and received within a week and repair was done in a few days and got it back a few days later. It was completely repaired. They also sent back a game I accidentally left in the console. Was so grateful for that! They’re awesome
Love Nintendo. Got go inside office and take pictures. Nintendo rocks.
My Nintendo Switch has a blue screen ,send for repair, get back in time , and they did replace the parts and the Switch looks new , they even replace the screen and the controller, they charge me less on what is quoted. Thanks Nintendo
Nintendo is the best video game selling company ever
Nintendo repaired my Switch well below the cost of their estimate, and well below that of other small repair shops. You can’t beat the quality and level of service offered here. Don’t bother looking anywhere else.
Sent in my joycons for repair, they covered shipping both ways and repairs were free. The whole process was less than two weeks and very easy. Thanks Nintendo of Canada!
