We tried couscous and chicken B’stila. Both were fresh and nicely cooked. The portion of couscous looked a bit small but it was heavy and we couldn’t finish it. The only thing i would say was that the place is a bit dark, not really my taste.Food: 5/5
This restaurant was delicious and had a great assortment of wine and cocktails. We sat outside on the patio which was very charming. The staff here are so pleasant and helpful. Would love to sit inside because it also looks great!Food: 5/5
Casual place with unique things to try! Staff are super friendly and great at making recommendations. Drinks were great as well. The fish ball was reallly great!!Food: 5/5
We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is delicious, some Moroccan classics with some French twists. We enjoyed every single bite of our meal, especially the spicy oranges with olives, the hearts of palm salad and the couscous. We wanted to try everything on their cocktail menu - if you like gin, the Eastside is a must! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming - highly recommend.
Amazing new date spot with great price for big portions! Each plate was better than the last, even the drinks were fantastic. They have creative spins on classic dishes that are delightfully delicious! The staff were attentive and accommodating. The menu is very vegetarian friendly! I can't wait to try the whole Menu! Tonight we had the Baked feta, heart of palm salad, Moroccan couscous, and banana flambe tart <3
Loved the food, feel and service here! The couscous was especially delicious. Balanced flavours in the dishes and fun combinations. The only thing I can fault are the serving sizes. The heart of palm salad was delicious and fresh, but much smaller than I would expect for the price. I also thought that more bread was needed to soak up the sauce from the orange and olive starter. Overall though, very delicious and great service! Thank you Nili!
The atmosphere was charming, as was the service. I was delighted and surprised by the food, which was adventurous and exceptionally delicious. On a personal note, as someone who has always hated bananas, the banana tart I had made me reconsider disliking them. Magnificent all around. Ten out of ten.Food: 5/5
We found Nili through Resy and were happy to see it had reservations available. As vegetarians, we had excellent options from which to choose. I had the vegetarian couscous which was delicious - perfectly flavored. The presentation was excellent. We also tried the cocktails which were all delicious. Lovely waitstaff and a great outdoor seating area.
Wow, this place is a hidden gem of Mile End. Modern Mediterranean food is the general menu vibe, and everything is prepared just behind the bar, so you can get an intimate chef's counter experience if you sit there. The food is fresh, light, and delicious. We went a few times and tried everything on the menu except for the desserts. Could not fault any of the options, and the hummus was especially beautiful and delicious. There is also a small terrace in the front for al fresco dining.
Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something different The couscous was very tasty, well cooked and perfectly seasoned The fish meatballs were a nice surprise as well Vegetarian and vegan friendly as wellFood: 5/5
