Great store with great discounts ; items are almost always on sale, and they have huge stock .You can get up to 30 to 40% of one premium Nike shoes. They have discounts for both men and women’s shoes.nnThey have great discounts on clothing as well. Plenty of parking is available outside. Vaughn Mills. This place may get crowded on weekends.
I shopped at a Nike store, and Ely was incredibly patient and did her best to help me make the right choice. If all the staff were like her, this store would be number one in both sales and outstanding customer service!
Hi,nnI bought Nike shoes from the running section for $69. After 10 days, the shoes started to smell very bad. Honestly, I didn’t return them earlier because I thought I could return them within some time. I was thinking I would bring them back later.nnAnyway, after 45 days, I took them back. The manager checked and I said I’m returning them because they smell. He said if there was a physical defect, they would accept it, but they don’t accept returns because of smell, and also it’s been more than a month.nnI said this is a defect. I have had maybe 50 shoes in my life and none of them smelled like this. If you wear them even for 5 minutes, you need to wash your feet for an hour so they don’t smell. The inner material is wrong, they used something incorrect. I never had this problem with other Nike shoes. No matter how much I explained, they didn’t accept the return.nnThey lost me as a customer. I was even going to return it and add $100 to buy another one. There was a casual pair for $169 similar to this one, and I was hoping that one would be better.nnA human should act like a human — talk, understand, and communicate. Just saying “it’s written on the receipt” and not trying to understand me is unfair in my opinion.nnSomeone should be responsible for this. I am the customer and I am right.nnYou are not robots to just follow what’s written and stay silent. You are people — you should listen, understand, and help.nnEven if we assume I’m lying and wore them for 45 days, should shoes become like this in 45 days?nnIn any case, the shoes are garbage, and I paid $69 + tax for this garbage.nnIn the future, I hope you act not like robots, but like humans who understand people and can help in such situations.
Been shopping from this place for last 10 years. Reasonable price, good selection.nnWarren is a great guy. He greets customers very well and make them feel welcomed.
Kofi and the whole team were so supportive and helpful! Amazing customer service I haven’t seen in ages!
