I had a disappointing experience at this location. I saw a pair of shoes I really wanted the night before I even saw someone take a photo of them instore. When I returned the next morning to purchase them, they were no longer on the floor. I asked a staff member for help, but they told me the shoes weren’t available.nnLater that same day, around 2 p.m., my friend visited the store and saw the exact same pair back out on display. It was frustrating and confusing to be told they weren’t available, only to find out they were in the store just a few hours later. It felt like either the shoes were being held for someone else or the staff didn’t take the time to check properly.nnI expected better communication and service from a Nike location. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and customer experience in the future.nnThis picture was taken the day before I came into store
I would like to say Thank you to one of the employee - Warren and his manager for help today. Warren was amazing, he is so helpful. Both of my kids was so happy because of him. Big Thanks. And really appreciated. We will definitely recommend him as the BEST employee in the store.
Great store! Very lively atmosphere with lots of music and helpfully staff. Huge selection of shoes. I will definitely visit again. The store was very organized and tidy, and it is easy to find your size. There was many spaces where you could try shoes on and there were mirrors where you could check them out.
Some of the shoe boxes don’t even got a cover for the top so they just pack the box in the bag without even covering the top which sounds a bit too much by me but different people have wore the shoe and it’s been on the ground so u don’t want that touching the clothes in the bag.nnOther than everything, they got proper stuff here discounted as well, the service can definitely be improved so it’s easier for everyone to shop and find what they are looking for than being told “whatever is on the shelf you’ll find it” !
This store sells old or expired Nike shoes during their sales! I bought a pair from the Nike store at Vaughan Mills Mall in Toronto and sent them to my family back home. They wore them only once, and the front part completely came apart. I’m shocked and extremely disappointed — this is not what I expect from Nike! It really makes me question if this store is selling genuine products at all.
