Had a fantastic experience at this store thanks to William’s exceptional service! He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and was incredibly friendly and polite. I also noticed him helping all of his coworkers around the store, which was wonderful to see. It was great meeting someone like him, and I’ll definitely be back because of his outstanding service!
I had a disappointing experience at this location. I saw a pair of shoes I really wanted the night before I even saw someone take a photo of them instore. When I returned the next morning to purchase them, they were no longer on the floor. I asked a staff member for help, but they told me the shoes weren’t available.nnLater that same day, around 2 p.m., my friend visited the store and saw the exact same pair back out on display. It was frustrating and confusing to be told they weren’t available, only to find out they were in the store just a few hours later. It felt like either the shoes were being held for someone else or the staff didn’t take the time to check properly.nnI expected better communication and service from a Nike location. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and customer experience in the future.nnThis picture was taken the day before I came into store
WOW, the Vaughan location is honestly the best!!! It’s cheaper, bigger, and has way more variety than all the other Nike stores. I was a little confused about how this one isn’t the same as the other location which is kinda whatever, but I’d totally rather come here next time
I visited the Nike Factory Outlet in Vaughan, and honestly, it was a bit disappointing. There was a long line outside because the store was crowded, so I waited thinking it would be worth it. But once I got inside, I didn’t find anything special. Most of the discounted shoes were either not appealing or only available in very small or very big sizes.nnI was also hoping to find some of the shoes I saw on the Nike website, but none of them were available here. Overall, not a great experience for me.
I would like to say Thank you to one of the employee - Warren and his manager for help today. Warren was amazing, he is so helpful. Both of my kids was so happy because of him. Big Thanks. And really appreciated. We will definitely recommend him as the BEST employee in the store.
