Fast and friendly service, in response to an emergency situation. Nika Plumbing arrived and resolved the issue promptly and made an expert evaluation on why the issue occurred. 5 stars, I would certainly recommend them.
First class! These guys offer really great service with a call back response time that is amazing. Not a common practice in the trades in Campbell River, so just the fact they communicate is outstanding. Their work though is fantastic and fair and you will not be disappointed.
Hands down the best service we could have wished for!

Lol....., I do appreciate the positive reviews below and would have enjoyed writing one as well but unfortunately with the Good comes the Bad and the Ugly which must be shared so that others can make informed decisions regarding their personal investments. Maybe the learning curve was on my place and since then, improvements have been made which explain the positive reviews. I sure hope so! So....., The Bad and the Ugly If I could give negative stars, it would be -10 stars. I absolutely regret hiring this company. We have built a Step 4 High end energy efficient home and all is well except for the Plumbing, Gas Sytems and Hot Water Tanks installed by this Company. Each system has been plagued with continuous maintenance issues that never cease to end. And then they have the nerve to hide behind thier ineffective warranty of two years without even solving the deficiencies within the two year period. They always never own their deficiencies and blame others instead. Its been three years and we still have air in our lines and are not able to have a decent shower but the blame is on others that are not the contracted Plumber's?? There were two particular red flags during construction and I should have fired this outfit but my good nature prevented me and this Plumber took advantage of that. Just don't hire this Company. Save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable company to avoid the deficiencies I'm going through. As it's been 3 years and my patience has expired I am now hiring another mechanical firm to come in and repair all of Nika's deficiencies as I believe more than a reasonable time frame has passed for them to own their mistakes and also for us to move on from this stressful experience. Update #1 ; I have hired a gas fitter to replace the two Natural gas Regulators that were installed by Nika on a Propane supplied system as there's no NG at all in this immediate area! with two Propane Regulators for our two outdoor Barbecue locations. Nika won't own it, so I paid it but at least my Barbecues work now!
