Great place to go and experience the good old fashion arcade games. They have loads of free play games that don’t cost anything! Most of the games take two nickels and five dollars worth of nickels gets you a long way! My six year old son had an absolute blast! We stayed for a few hours and that was plenty of time to experience what this place has to offer. Only down side was some games were out of order or nickels were stuck in the slots - which made them unplayable. Otherwise, it was great! We will be returning for some cheap and fun entertainment

Some of the games will eat your nickels even if you try to get them back and the guy working at the counter seems miserable. Absolutely does not want to be there, not a very friendly person. Overall, it was still a good experience with my partner, especially for a couple of bucks.

I don't know how people can rate this place poorly. Seriously. For the style of gaming it is on point. If you want new aged gaming dont go here. Its that simple. If you complain about 10 nickels getting eaten by. 1980 machine dont come here. But dude this place is so fun. Me and my kids enjoy every second. We don't care about a few nickles being eaten or a smelly dude. Who cares..... This place is for nostalgia and plain genuine fun for a cheap price that's affordable with multiplechildren. Im sorry this place has any bad reviews honestly. People need to see the big picture not the little things that don't matter. NICKLE WORLD IS GENUINE FUN. PLAIN AND SIMPLE :

This place is amazing! My wife and I went for the first time a little while ago and finally took our kids there today-- they absolutely loved it! They said it was better than a certain rodent-based franchise and we will DEFINITELY be back!

During my short time in Nickel World, I was astonished by the disrespect for the customers. For example, my family accompanied me to spend my last day in Toledo before my deployment, but the employee there yelled at our family for trying to use the restroom before we paid. I am disappointed by the customer service at this establishment and expect better service.

don’t waste your money. over half the machines eat your nickels, are out of order, don’t have proper parts to play, or don’t dispense tickets when they’re supposed to. the worker with dark buzzed hair told us we couldn’t redeem any of our tickets because they close the ticket area at 9:30, yet it was 9:25. he was extremely rude and should not have a job that deals with customers. we just told him to give the tickets to someone else. certainly won’t be back, no wonder there’s so many bad reviews.

Could be spruced up a bit. But we all had fun. Alsowas cheap for a family of 4. Definitely check it out.

Never going to Nickel world again. The owner was extremely rude to my son when he couldn’t figure out what he wanted to get with his tickets. I went back into talk to the man and asked him if he was having an off day because he huffed at my child and gave him an attitude after we just spent $X amount of money in his business and he said “whatever” rolled his eyes and walked away, wouldn’t even speak to me. If you don’t like working with children/being patient with them then don’t work here or hire someone who will treat children kinder.

A great place to go for some fun. Games for all ages, some are even free! Friendly staff and clean restrooms.
