We visited the Distillery today. Chris and Greg welcomed us, opened our eyes to the workings of a distillery and the intricacies of preparing bitters. We enjoyed the Rise and Shine Cocktail and a very tasty gin & tonic.
Very cool selection of very interesting distilled alcohols. They even have some really tasty tonics and bitters to play with! Since covid, they started making hand sanitizers too. Staff are super cool and helpful. Try a cocktail kit--you won't be disappointed!
A nice place with some excellent vodka! Michael was awesome in suggesting us Northern Temple.
Great experience with the tour, and getting to know more about their distilleries. Would strongly recommend going and trying out their offerings!

We enjoyed some cocktails after an errand in the neighbourhood today. The gin was so good a bottle followed us home. Great products, and chill, friendly folks.

The tour was amazing! The owner shared the story of Nickel 9 while we sampled their excellent gin and vodka. Had an absolutely wonderful time learning about the history, our group of 4 were made to feel like friends. Spent 2 hours there, laughed like an idiot and bought 2 bottles for home. Well worth it.
Love the quality of the Vodka and Gin! Great service and appreciate helping the community with sanitizer! Recommend this place to everyone ;
