Located On James Street Arnprior Ontario, The Nick Smith Centre Is Arnpriors Hub For Recreation. It Has 2 Ice Rinks 1 Swimming Pool A Large Comminity Hall, A Comminity Lounge And A Boardroom. Sign Up For Swimming Programs Are Available Along With Public Swimming And Public Skating. Lots Of Events Are Held Here. FairView Park Is Located Beside It.
Watched the grandkids at swim lessons.nI did find it hot in the lounge, but it was the first time I was there. I'll know better when I go next time.nArena was clean and tidy, signs easy to see where to go.
This facility and staff are absolutely amazing. The arena refresh is great. All the public skating, public swimming, junior Shinny hockey etc timeslots are so wonderful. The staff here go over and above and don't over police / manage kids.nnPuddle jumpers are allowed in the pool for littles, skate assists provided for new skaters, music on during most public skates. Stay awesome Arnprior.
Our little man really misses summer and swimming, being able to bring him to the pool during the winter months is such a blessing! Today we made one little man happy! This is budget friendly for a family of four, if you are residents you can go out for under 20$ for a fun hour in the water! I do recommend goggles for the kiddos, the chlorine is quite strong!
Beautiful new arena! Arnprior is definitely getting a super new upgrade. The change rooms largest I have ever seen. The place is still under construction Nov 2025 but both rinks, the pool and the hall are up and running. Can't wait to see it when it's finished!
