Thank you Faith and Niche Travel Group for a wonderful Christmas vacation! 4 different families, from 2 different provinces and 2 different schedules all came together for a great time at the Royalton Riviera Cancun.
Had an amazing time booking with Bethany at Niche Travel. She was super responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and just a generally pleasant and fun person to have help us book our trip! She answered all our questions and really knew her stuff. I felt she always had time for us and seemed as excited about our trip as we were. She helped us be 100% happy about our trip and 0% stressed. I am really grateful to have had her help - she has also been to so many places so can really give you lots of information. She helped us plan a trip perfect for us based on time and interests and our budget and was clear about options and passing on information as soon as she received it. Any time we had questions she got back to us right away and was always 10/10 friendly and willing to help. I would recommend her for anyone looking for help booking their dream trip! Can't recommend Karen Marquis highly enough. She is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Our family is going on our first Disney cruise this year and she was able to give us all the best info as far as navigating the onboard app and arranging activities while we are there. Will definitely be using her again in the future!
A big kudos to Cheryl Jaster Rhyno of Niche Travel for her help in providing my girlfriend and I with a wonderful vacation in Punta Cana in March of 2019. I sent an email to Niche Travel on a Sunday in late January and Cheryl replied within 5 minutes! Within a few hours she had sent us 5 different vacation options based on our budget, schedule and our list of interests. I am very tall so I have to get a seat with extra leg room on the plane – and Cheryl was able to deliver that too! I was and still am amazed at how prompt and thorough Cheryl works. Our vacation was booked within 24 hours of my first contact with Cheryl. Our vacation met or exceeded all of our needs and we hope to return in 2020 – with Cheryl’s help of course! Oh, one more thing, Cheryl’s list of “Travel Tips for the Dominican Republic” was extremely helpful and allowed us to avoid several potential travel snags. Gotta love that attention to detail! Some friends and I recently returned from a girls 40th birthday trip that we booked through Cheryl Jaster Rhyno. We had such a wonderful vacation!!!! I can't thank Cheryl enough for all of the help she provided during the planning stages. Her guidance and advice on choosing the best resort for us was perfect! Her assistance the night before our flight, when we ran into a little snag and needed her help at 10:30 pm, was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond what was required of a travel agent and for that I am truly grateful. Cheryl’s personalized service is second to none. She is responsive, knowledgable and is always available. She made the vacation planning process so simple and easy. Cheryl is a FANTASTIC travel agent and I will definitely use her services again!!!

Faith Sproule - Just want to thank you so much for your part in organizing the Bishop's Cellar Tuscany Tour. It certainly was a dream come true for me. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and it exceeded all my expectations. the hosts Kathryn & Jason were both amazing, making sure everyone was well taken care of. The tour guides at all the wineries and the local guides sara and Chiara were all excellent. The scenery was breathtaking and everyone in the group was great. Thanks for hotel recommendations in Rome & Florence, they were both excellent and so central to everything. And of course the Villa was beautiful. Would you believe we had a wonderful trip?
