Brought my vintage wool coat here and they cleaned & repaired it. the wool is now perfectly black and clean. Would definitely use them again.
I had a very negative experience similar to other people here. The owners burnt my coat and refused to even acknowledge it! They were also super rude about the whole process and refused to reimburse the damage. There are better alternatives in the area.
They ruined my coat and refused to admit that they burned it. I work in service and I understand that mistakes happen from time to time. I would have been fine with an apology but the owner was shockingly aggressive.
Vivian is attentive, sweet, works hard, and has always done great alterations. Great shirt laundering too!
Used Nice 30+ times. They live up to their name!
